The Taekwondo App ("App", "we", "us", or "our") is a mobile application developed and operated by Samba Pedapalli. The App is designed to help taekwondo academies manage students, coaches, attendance, announcements, events, and training videos.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

If you grant permission, we collect a push notification token to send you announcements, attendance reminders, and event updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings.
We automatically collect limited usage data via Firebase, including app version, device type, crash logs, and general usage patterns. This data is anonymized and used solely to improve the App.

The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
Used for authentication, database (Firestore), and push notifications. Firebase may process your data on Google's servers.
If you sign in with Google, Google authenticates your identity and shares your name, email, and profile photo with us.
If you sign in with Apple, Apple authenticates your identity. You may choose to hide your email address using Apple's relay service.
Training videos may be displayed via embedded YouTube players. YouTube may collect data per Google's privacy policy when you interact with video content.
Our backend API is hosted on Google Cloud Run. All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App may be used by students who are minors. In such cases, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information without consent, please contact us immediately and we will promptly delete that information.
